Q. What is the difference between a traditional wedding and an LDS (Mormon) Temple
wedding?

A. An LDS Temple wedding does not include the taping of the ceremony because cameras aren't
allowed inside the temple. Also, LDS receptions are generally shorter and there is not as much to tape
as a traditional reception. For this reason, there is a difference in price for LDS and Traditional
weddings.

Q. Why do I need to hire a professional videographer to shoot my wedding? Can’t I
have a relative shoot it?

A. Some people feel that a wedding videographer is something they can save money on if they have a
friend do it for little or no money. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. After the wedding is over, you
will have only a few things to remember that day-- photos and the video. Also, your friend or relative
does not have the right equipment or experience to make a video look it’s best. Too many times we have
seen brides regret not getting a professional wedding videographer to shoot their wedding. We have all
seen wedding videos that are shaky, poorly lit, and not edited at all. You cannot afford to have someone
shoot your special day who does not know what they are doing.

Q. What kind of equipment do you use?

A. We use only state-of-the-art equipment when shooting weddings. We use professional 3 chip HD
cameras (a standard home video camera has only 1 chip). This allows for the best possible color for
your wedding video. We also use professional tripods and other equipment to have a smoother shot as
opposed to someone who might hand-hold the camera. For traditional ceremonies we use wireless UHF
microphones to record the vows.  We edit your wedding with a system that is used to edit major motion
pictures, commercials, and television shows.

Q. Do you have any kind of professional videography training?

A. YES. Our head videographer Shaun Martineau has an AAS Degree in Motion Picture/Television
production from Scottsdale Community College. While there he was certified as an Avid editor. Other
videography experience includes television commercials, award winning short films, local news
production, prep and college football, TV Shows, and live events. Shaun currently works as a
commercial production videographer/editor at ABC-15 in Phoenix.

Q. What sets you apart from your competitors?

A. We make the best wedding videos in Arizona. You cannot find a wedding video of higher quality. Our
prices are extremely low compared to other wedding videographers in Arizona.  We use a combination of
journalistic and cinematic techniques to capture the imagery and sounds of your wedding. In many
instances other wedding videographers have only the experience of shooting weddings. Shaun
Martineau's experience in professional news and television commercial production give him the skills
that many other wedding videographers simply do not have.  Capture the Memory Videography has a
commitment to excellence and wants to make your wedding video more than what you can even dream
of.

Q. How long after my wedding will I get my video?

A. Your video will be ready approximately 4-6 months after your wedding day.

Q. How will you work with my wedding photographer?

A. As your photographer shoots your wedding pictures, we shoot unobtrusively off to the side. Most
couples forget that we are even filming. This helps us capture candid moments that make your video
more genuine.

Q. In what parts of Arizona do you shoot weddings?

A. We shoot weddings anywhere in the greater Phoenix area. We go to places like Mesa, Phoenix,
Gilbert, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Ahwatukee, and Glendale.
